We have been developing a clientele who value the unique benefits offered by an MDL Systems Service Contract (see chart below). If you want just the typical "bare-minimum, in-and-out, replace the defective part and bolt out the door" type of service (if you can call that service), then you do not want us.

Phone Support Excellent, but often slow. Excellent and prompt. We usually have a consultant in the office to give "on-demand" phone support.
Practical Laboratory Guidance Does not exist, they would advise your laboratory to get some type of lab audit or customized training. Founded and operated by a former environmental lab director who is sensitized to the needs of the lab. The service includes techniques to increase data quality and save your laboratory money.
