As-Needed Service Calls

For those customers who choose have their instruments serviced on a pay-as-you-go basis, MDL Systems provides on-site service calls. Our consultants will provide hardware, software or applications service for many GC and GC/MS systems.

Here are some key features to our services:

F We service the entire system, not just one manufacturer's components.
F We will evaluate your problems and let you know what repairs may be necessary.
F Same day telephone response when you place a service call.
F Custom software and method development available.
F Receive 5% off any analytical standards purchased through our sister company ECS
F Free telephone technical support for 30 days after you receive on-site service.

Service Rates: $1500 per day on-site plus travel from Medford, NJ to your laboratory. Minimum charge for any service call: $800 First Hour of Travel is FREE Repairs done in our office are billed at $180 per hour

l O.I. Analytical Purge & Trap Systems and Detector Systems (PID & ELCD)

l Tracor/Tremetrics/Finnegan Detector Systems (PID & ELCD)
l H-Nu Corp. Detector Systems (PID)
l Hewlett-Packard Enviroquant/Windows, Pascal, RTE, & UNIX Chemstation Data Systems
l Hardware & Software Service upgrades for most GC & GC/MS configurations
