However, as a special thank you to our loyal customers, ECS has established a Loyal Customer Discount program. The following discounts can be applied to your analytical standards purchases. All discounts are computed based upon length of time as an ECS customer, volume of standards purchased and payment history. A "good ECS customer" is defined as one with an annual sales volume of at least $4000 per year and who reliably pays invoices as per the stated terms. We evaluate the sales volume and payment history of all customers at the end of each calendar year and notify those who receive a discount by mail.
